Escape Island
About
In order to improve myself with the trainings and assets given by the Oyun ve Uygulama Akademisi, I developed a game by putting a little more on the mechanics shown in the training. My game is in the 2D platform-puzzle genre and consists of two parts. Both chapters share the same mechanics, but focus on different tasks. In the first chapter we have to collect six diamonds, but if we don't collect them all, the door won't open and we can't move on to the next chapter. If we encounter any obstacles, we lose a life and go back to the beginning. In the second part we have to find the key and go through the door. We have three buttons and we have to find the right button, otherwise we lose a life. If we throw the stone on the wrong button, we lose another life and if we throw it wrong again, the game is game over. Once we find the right button and get the key, the door opens and we move on to the endgame.
